Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience selling products/services in incentive-based environment.
• 2+ years in financial services acquiring new client relationships.
• 12+ months Santander-related experience.
• 12+ months customer service in a high-volume setting.
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of consumer and small business products.
• Proven cross-selling and portfolio management skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills (verbal/written).
• Proficient using the phone to engage customers.
• Credible, trustworthy professional image.
