Extraco Banks, N.A. seeks a Senior Relationship Banker to build and maintain strong customer relationships across Bryan/College Station while opening and servicing accounts and supporting loan closings.

You will provide personalized banking solutions, manage diverse financial needs, and contribute to growth through referrals to lending, mortgage, wealth management, and insurance teams.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in cash handling and retail banking is preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and maintain relationships with customers and assist branches regionally.
• Staff at various branches to support daily operations and cash handling per procedures.
• Open and service business and consumer checking and savings accounts.
• Identify financial needs and assist with personal loan closings end to end.
• Promote SWARM Banking and digital banking tools.
