Extraco Banks in Bryan/College Station is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to build and maintain strong customer relationships, assist in opening and servicing multiple accounts, and support loan closings for both consumer and small-business clients.

You will deliver personalized banking solutions, excel in customer service, and help drive branch operations across the region with a focus on service consistency and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of banking operations, procedures and products; understanding regulations and compliance.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy across tasks.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with customers and teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers; assist branches regionally during peak times or staff shortages.
• Fill in at different branches to support daily operations, applying SWARM banking principles.
• Safely handle cash, coins and negotiable instruments; process deposits and withdrawals following procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Open and service business and consumer checking and savings accounts; document all services performed on accounts.
• Engage with customers to identify financial needs and facilitate personal loan closings end-to-end.
• Provide exceptional service through SWARM Banking, greeting customers by name as they enter the lobby.
• Support scheduling and risk management duties as directed by leadership.
• Contribute to sales and service metrics via referrals to consumer lending, mortgage, wealth management and insurance.
