U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and nurture client relationships through face-to-face interaction and proactive outreach. You will assess customers’ banking needs, educate on deposit and loan products, and open accounts while guiding clients through digital banking options.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, cross-selling related products, and collaborating with branch teams to deliver excellent service consistent with bank policies.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or commensurate training.

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
