• Lead client management activities with clients and prospective clients.
• Develop and execute a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients.
• Ensure ongoing exceptional client experience.
• Manage a book of business and drive growth through expansion.
• Coordinate with team to determine action plan through discovery of client needs.
• Review needs assessments with clients to determine changes.
• Train, coach and mentor team members.
• Maintain timely, accurate sales/client relationship management administration tasks.
• Support risk management with appropriate client selection and escalation.
• Learn and communicate partner offerings for introductions.
