CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Reimbursement Strategy & Analytics to lead the transformation of how CVS evaluates competitive pharmacy reimbursement performance across the marketplace. You will help develop a scalable methodology for measuring payer programs, enabling deeper insights into CVS's competitive position and identifying strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in analytics, finance, strategy, or consulting.
Demonstrated critical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to derive conclusions and recommendations.
Strong understanding of how value is created within complex financial models.
Ability to identify base‑level economic levers and trade‑offs.
Experience working independently in ambiguous environments and driving work end‑to‑end.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills, including prioritization and deadline management.
Attentive to detail and committed to ensuring accuracy.
Strong ability to navigate and work with relational databases.
Proficient in SQL and Python.
