Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a healthcare financial field, with hospital reimbursement experience preferred.
• Experience with cost-based/PPS-exempt providers and Medicaid programs (DSH/LIP/UPL/IGTs).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain the Medicare Cost Report and related documentation.
• Update settlement and contractual allowance models; reflect payment changes and cost report impacts.
• Monitor and analyze Medicaid matters and regulatory changes affecting reimbursement.
• Coordinate CMS provider enrollment activities (CMS-855A) and updates.
• Attend monthly meetings with industry groups and external partners.
