Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Outpatient in Indiana to guide operations across multiple locations while maintaining hands-on clinical involvement.

You will continue to provide therapy 40-50% of the time, and you will act as the go-to liaison between the Area Manager, your supervisor, and the Executive Directors, driving key performance metrics for the teams.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

• As a lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Provide therapy 40–50% of the time depending on team success and needs.
• Liaise between the Area Manager, your supervisor, and the Executive Directors at each location while driving key metrics for the teams.
