Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Outpatient PT Program Manager to lead clinical operations across outpatient settings. The role combines patient care with leadership duties, scheduling, and liaison work for the Area Manager.

This position offers flexibility with Part-time, Full-time, and PRN opportunities, no weekends, and a focus on improving senior patients' lives in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building, treating patients while gaining leadership experience.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and liaising with the Area Manager.
