Aegis Therapies is seeking a Program Manager for the Outpatient Physical Therapy program in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on leading outpatient services, coordinating care, and building strong relationships with patients, families, and staff.

You will guide teams to deliver high-quality care while advancing program goals and clinical excellence. Ideal candidates will hold an active Therapist/Assistant license, possess leadership experience, and demonstrate commitment to patient

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities
