Aegis Therapies is hiring an Outpatient OTR - Rehab Program Manager to lead our rehab team in a multi-setting outpatient environment, including assisted living and independent living communities.

The role focuses on patient care, leadership development, and acting as the main point of contact for residents, staff, and the Area Manager. This full-time position offers work-life balance and career growth within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Therapist or Therapist Assistant in the practice state.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
