Aegis Therapies in Rochester, IN seeks a part-time Program Manager - Physical Therapy Assistant to lead resident care and coordinate outpatient services.

As the go-to person on the team, you will balance patient care with administrative duties such as scheduling and liaison with the Area Manager. This role offers flexibility and growth within a nationwide rehab network.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

• Lead in the building and provide patient care while developing leadership skills.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and serve as a liaison for Area Manager.
