Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in Financial Services, with 5+ years in senior managerial role.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. regulatory reporting requirements (FR Y-9C, FR Y-14, etc.) and GAAP.
• Experience designing governance and internal control frameworks in complex banks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end regulatory filings to U.S./global authorities.
• Lead risk, data quality governance, and SOX/MCA compliance across reporting lifecycles.
• Partner with policy, risk, and legal teams to interpret new regulations and implement changes.
