Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 6-10+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and governance of regulatory programs in response to regulatory findings, ensuring timely closure and sustainable compliance with supervisory standards.
• Partner closely with Technology, Architecture, and Data engineering teams to translate regulatory reporting concepts and remediation requirements into robust technical specifications, data lineage enhancements, and automated workflow enhancements.
• Monitor and manage key metrics to identify challenges and issues; support processes to mitigate the risk of inaccurate reporting and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the team to drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of regulatory reporting.
