Job summary

Citi is seeking a Finance Reporting Group Manager (C14/SVP) in Tampa, FL to lead end-to-end regulatory filings and governance. You will drive reporting frameworks, data lineage, and change management across regulatory regimes, partnering with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will mentor a team of reporting professionals, deliver executive dashboards, and oversee remediation efforts for regulatory findings while advancing automation and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in Financial Services, Banking, Public Accounting, or Financial/Regulatory Reporting.
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior managerial/supervisory capacity.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. regulatory reporting (FR Y-9C, FR Y-14A,Q,M, FR 2052a, TIC, FFIEC009).
• Knowledge of US GAAP and banking regulatory frameworks (Basel III/IV).
• Experience designing governance and internal control frameworks within large banks.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end regulatory production, filing oversight to US/global authorities.
• Establish and enforce risk and control across the reporting lifecycle (SOX/Data Quality).
• Liaise with regulators, Internal Audit, Compliance, and external auditors.
• Interpret new/evolving regulatory rules; lead policy changes into reporting architectures.
• Drive modernization: automation, data lineage, EUC reduction, architecture integration.
• Prepare and present executive metrics and regulatory remediation milestones.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action plans for MRAs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regulatory reporting team.
