Job summary

Entergy New Orleans, LLC seeks a Sr Project Manager to represent ENO Regulatory Affairs on project teams and interface with electric operations on regulatory matters. You will provide analytical support for rate cases and formula rate plan evaluations.

This role coordinates with Customer Service, Economic Development, Resource Planning and Communications to manage regulatory filings, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders, and you will build strong relationships while providing timely updates

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
5+ years in customer service, engineering, regulatory support or operations.
Strong communication, analytical and financial statement understanding.

Responsibilities

Represent ENO Regulatory Affairs on assigned projects and corporate initiatives.
Liaise between ENO Regulatory Affairs and electric operations regularly.
Provide analytical support for rate cases and formula rate plan evaluations.
Coordinate with multiple departments on regulatory filings, conferences and meetings with stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with assigned stakeholders.
Represent ENO at the City's Emergency Operations Center when activated and assist with outage notifications.
