Job summary

Entergy New Orleans, LLC seeks a Sr Project Manager to represent ENO Regulatory Affairs on project teams and interface with electric operations on regulatory matters. You will provide analytical support for rate cases and formula rate plan evaluations.

This role coordinates with Customer Service, Economic Development, Resource Planning and Communications to manage regulatory filings, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders, and you will build strong relationships while providing timely updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in customer service, engineering, regulatory support or operations.
• Strong communication, analytical and financial statement understanding.

Responsibilities

• Represent ENO Regulatory Affairs on assigned projects and corporate initiatives.
• Liaise between ENO Regulatory Affairs and electric operations regularly.
• Provide analytical support for rate cases and formula rate plan evaluations.
• Coordinate with multiple departments on regulatory filings, conferences and meetings with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned stakeholders.
• Represent ENO at the City's Emergency Operations Center when activated and assist with outage notifications.

Job Summary/Purpose

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Represent ENO Regulatory Affairs on assigned projects, including corporate initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between ENO Regulatory Affairs and electric operations on an on-going basis.
• Provide analytical support as assigned for rate cases and formula rate plan evaluations.
• Work with ENO Customer Service, Economic Development, Resource Planning, and Communication Departments to manage, coordinate, and participate in activities or projects related to ENO's regulatory filings, technical conferences, internal/external meetings/workshops with the City Council's staff, managed accounts, neighbor groups, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned stakeholders.
• Represent ENO at the City's Emergency Operations Center when it is activated and participate in the rotation for outage notifications.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum education required of the position

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management or equivalent Master in Business Administration or related advanced degree preferred.

Minimum Experience Required Of The Position

5+ years of experience in customer service, engineering, regulatory support or operations.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required Of The Position

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Must possess a working knowledge of utility rates, regulatory issues, and company policy. Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator. Must possess demonstrated analytical skills and basic understanding of financial statements.
