Job summary

Entergy New Orleans, LLC in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to represent ENO Regulatory Affairs on project teams and interface with electric operations on regulatory matters.

You will provide analytical support for rate cases and keep stakeholders informed. Responsibilities include coordinating with Customer Service, Economic Development, Resource Planning, and Communications to manage regulatory filings, conferences, and meetings with City Council staff and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, engineering, regulatory support or operations.
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team; knowledge of utility rates, regulatory issues and company policy; strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent ENO Regulatory Affairs on assigned projects, including corporate initiatives.
• Liaise between ENO Regulatory Affairs and electric operations on an on-going basis.
• Provide analytical support as assigned for rate cases and formula rate plan evaluations.
• Coordinate with ENO Customer Service, Economic Development, Resource Planning, and Communications to manage regulatory filings, conferences, and meetings with City Council staff, neighbor groups, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned stakeholders.
• Represent ENO at the City’s Emergency Operations Center when activated and participate in rotation for outage notifications.
