Job summary

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission seeks a Programs Manager V to lead complex regulatory functions across accounting, auditing, financial analysis, economic analysis, and policy related to regulation of Commission-jurisdictional utilities. This senior role reports to division leadership and directs a team of professionals in developing sound, well-supported regulatory recommendations.

• Requires degree in a related field and 7 years of professional experience in regulating Commission-jurisdictional utilities or a master’s degree with 5 years of progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs regulatory accounting, auditing, financial and economic analyses for Commission-jurisdictional utilities.
• Develops and recommends regulatory policies, ratemaking, and financial policies.
• Leads staff, assigns work, evaluates performance, and fosters collaboration.
• Presents testimony before the Commission and provides technical guidance to leadership.
