Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with public utility regulation or governmental affairs is highly desirable.
• Licensure to practice law in Oklahoma is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive legal, regulatory, and policy research within the Commission's jurisdiction.
• Review pleadings, testimony, exhibits, and proposed orders; identify key issues and provide recommendations.
• Draft proposed Commission orders, findings, and legal memoranda.
