Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking an experienced regulatory professional to complete QHP templates and regulatory filing documents for various state markets. The role involves interpreting state and federal rules, auditing filings, and leading senior staff in regulatory initiatives.

You will mentor analysts, oversee audits, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and high-quality submissions for HIOS and SERFF filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Health Care, Political Science or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years business process or data analysis experience in health insurance, legal, or compliance or related area required.
• Experience drafting and auditing QHP filing documentation or related area preferred.
• Experience auditing database or QHP filing documentation preferred.
• Knowledge of SERFF and HIOS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee completion of QHP templates and regulatory filing documents.
• Audits QHP documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate department audits.
• Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interpret federal/state regulations and assess impacts on filing documents.

Education
