Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years health insurance, legal or compliance experience required.
• Experience drafting and auditing QHP filing documentation and templates preferred.
• Knowledge of SERFF and HIOS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and oversees completion of QHP templates and filing documents for HIOS/SERFF in high-risk states.
• Audits QHP documents for compliance with state/federal regulations and internal standards.
• Develops continuous improvement activities for audit and quality initiatives.
• Leads management of Source of Truth documents for QHP filing templates and policy forms.
• Mentors junior staff and coordinates cross-functional project teams.
