Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years regulatory experience in health insurance.
• Experience with policy analysis and product filings (CMS/State DOIs).
• Supervisory/management experience in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory updates and risk feedback to leadership.
• Manage projects including CMS/state filings and cross-functional coordination.
• Perform QA audits on regulatory research, filings, and member documents.
• Maintain product benefit system as Source of Truth for QHP templates.
• Supervise or audit outputs from the Source of Truth.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with IT on system enhancements for the product benefit database.
• Manage staff working with IT on product benefit database.
