Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team. The Sr.

Staff Attorney will draft legal documents and templates, manage templates and corporate records, perform research, and prepare correspondence under limited supervision. This role supports the Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel, Regulatory, and offers remote work possibilities. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, Wisconsin bar preference, and at least five years of legal experience.

Qualifications

5 years of legal experience required.
License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.

Responsibilities

Imparts the philosophy, values, mission and vision of Navitus and SSM Health and facilitates their integration in CQI activities.
Prepares additional legal documents, such as memorandums and correspondence.
Informs the development of Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and provides guidance on legal issues that shape the organization’s direction.
Provides legal counsel to Navitus staff on implications of business objectives and ensures staff are informed of applicable policies.
Researches statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, contracts, and legal codes.
Files legal documents and correspondence in digital and physical filing systems.
Develops processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
Other duties as assigned
