Job summary

Landscape Structures Inc. is seeking a Sr Analyst Regulatory Compliance & Materials to drive compliance across products, packaging, and materials in domestic and international markets.

You will interpret evolving regulations and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Legal teams to ensure compliant solutions. The role requires 3–5+ years in regulatory compliance or materials management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in materials science, chemistry, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in regulatory compliance or materials management.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements affecting products, packaging, and materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong written communication for technical documentation and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and manage regulatory compliance requirements across federal, state, and international levels (e.g., CPSIA, PFAS, EPR, REACH).
• Lead materials compliance projects end-to-end with Engineering, Procurement, and Legal teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers, regulators, and industry groups to gather documentation and certifications.
• Report status and risk to leadership; develop compliance strategies and timelines.
