Job summary

HighLine Aftermarket is seeking a Product Compliance Regulatory Manager, Operations to lead day-to-day regulatory activities across product lifecycle. You will partner with supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure compliant onboarding, labeling, and submissions while maintaining audit readiness.

The role requires deep knowledge of chemical regulatory frameworks, SDS authoring, and strong leadership to coach a growing team through changing regulations.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in chemistry, biology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years regulatory compliance experience in chemical/consumer goods sectors.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with SDS authoring and labeling compliance.
• Knowledge of GHS, Hazard Communication, and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to train and mentor a team on regulatory systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day product compliance activities including change management.
• Oversee SDS creation, labeling, and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain compliance documentation systems and audit readiness.
• Coach team on regulatory requirements and safety practices.
• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, marketing to align lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs while maintaining compliance.
