Job summary

Greene, Tweed seeks a seasoned Regulatory Compliance professional to monitor global trends, guide processes, and develop strategic roadmaps for material compliance. You will collaborate with legal teams and suppliers to ensure adherence to TSCA, REACH, and other major programs, while maintaining manuals and training GT personnel.

Qualifications

• BS in a related technical degree required – Engineering, Chemistry or Material Science preferred.
• 6-10 years of related experience interpreting and implementing quality guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitors global compliance trends and new regulations to evaluate impact on GT business operations.
• Provides guidance on regulatory requirements affecting processes and businesses.
• Develops and executes strategic roadmap for material compliance to maintain adherence and reduce risk.
• Maintains understanding of TSCA (EPA) & REACH (ECHA) and other global programs.
• Collaborates with legal teams to resolve compliance and regulatory issues and provide progress reports.
• Develops understanding of certification requirements for agencies like NSF, USP, FDA, WRAS.
• Oversees maintenance of compliance manuals, records, and inventories; trains GT personnel.
• Submits new substance and new use notifications to regulatory agencies.
