Job summary

Landscape Structures is seeking a Sr Analyst Regulatory Compliance & Materials to identify, interpret, and drive compliance with laws and market-access requirements affecting our products, packaging, and materials globally.

The role combines regulatory analysis, cross-functional leadership, and technical compliance expertise to implement compliant solutions across playground, splash pad, and shade equipment standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in materials science, chemistry, environmental science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years in regulatory compliance or materials management, ideally in manufacturing or consumer products.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements across product categories and jurisdictions.
• Strong project management and ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent written communication for technical docs and executive summaries.
• Self-directed and proactive with risk anticipation and solution delivery.
• Experience influencing enterprise initiatives through collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements at federal, state, and international levels affecting Landscape Structures' products, packaging, and materials.
• Coordinate with departments to assess impacts and communicate requirements for compliant operations.
• Drive end-to-end materials compliance projects with defined scope and milestones, balancing risk and business needs.
