CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Sr. Analyst in the United States (Kentucky region) to support facilities management across regulated spaces.

This role involves coordinating vendor repairs, supervising high-risk tasks, and acting as the main contact for front-line clients while applying standard procedures to ensure timely maintenance. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and fluency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for calculating percentages, fractions and financial figures.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3rd party vendor repair and maintenance services.
• Coordinate and supervise execution of high-risk work and high-risk work permitting.
• Serve as point of contact for front-line clients on various requests.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, corrective and preventative work.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and procedures to complete tasks.
• Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values in decision-making.
• Impact the quality of own work and that of team members.
• Adhere to standardized procedures to achieve objectives and deadlines.
• Explain complex information in clear terms to stakeholders.
