CAE is seeking a Registrar Lead Administrator to support the Global 6500 Program Manager and the Director of Training in meeting contractual registrar requirements. You will assist the Operations cell, direct personnel assigned to Operations, and serve as the liaison among the Program Manager, customers, instructors, and support staff.

The role requires experience with flight simulation programs, scheduling, and registration functions, plus strong communication and organizational skills to

Mansioni

• Perform Registrar tasks using MS Word, Excel, and systems (Gemini, Stars, Centrik).
• Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, simulators, and instructors.
• Maintain calendars and scheduling; ensure proper paperwork for students.
• Coordinate logistical support for the Dothan Training Center.
• Maintain and file student records and reports in an organized manner.
• Create and maintain databases; send 8710-1 forms to FAA as required.
