The role requires supervisory ability and technical skill with student information systems, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and coordinating with departments for degree completion and transfer processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; five years experience in an admission/registrar office in a post-secondary institution preferred.
• Knowledge of program or project planning and implementation.
• Experience developing and evaluating operational procedures.
• Interpreting state and federal regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff in processes affecting registration, transcript requests, course scheduling, grading, Veterans Services, graduation application, degree audit, and degree conferral.
• Manage operational activities relating to awarding degrees/certificates and degree audit processes.
• Ensure timely audit of graduation applications for completion of degree requirements.
• Collaborate with academic departments and student services staff to resolve degree completion issues and progress.
• Assist with International/SEVIS duties and student registrations; backup for PDSO and VA Certifying Official.
