Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Manager National Trust Administration to oversee trust operations across offices under the national charter, including conservatorships, testamentary and inter vivos trusts, guardianships and agencies.

You will lead Regional Managers, assign goals, manage workloads, conduct performance reviews, and ensure tax liabilities are met while maintaining compliance and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in trust administration.
• CTFA or JD or equivalent.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Managers and staff.
• Assign goals and responsibilities to Regional Managers to meet divisional strategy.
• Identify workloads for trust account administrators across CNB footprint.
• Conduct performance appraisals, make hiring and termination decisions.
• Assist Regional Managers with large, complex trust accounts and client discussions.
• Ensure all tax liabilities and obligations are met within the footprint.
• Develop and maintain service delivery for trust services.
• Interface with Compliance, Risk and Audit to address issues.
