Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Ten plus years in trust administration with strong working knowledge of all types of trusts
• Trust Certification (CTFA) is required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities

• Manage/handle the largest and most complex trust accounts. Confer with clients, administrators, co-trustees, beneficiaries and attorneys regarding the establishment, administration and operation of a trust.
• Review and recommend acceptance or rejection of potential fiduciary responsibilities for the offices assigned. Analyze trust instruments to determine duties and responsibilities of the company.
• Approve, maintain and negotiate fee schedules for trust and investment services.
• Ensure all tax liabilities and obligations of accounts are met.
• Establish client specific investment strategies and coordinate with CNB guidelines and policies.
• Lead and develop the Trust Administration team across assigned regions/offices.
