Job summary

Roadtex Transportation seeks a Sr. Manager, Roadtex Operations to oversee a regional group of site locations and managers. The role focuses on planning daily operations across multiple transportation sites to meet objectives and drive efficiency.

The successful candidate will analyze KPI and financial data, coordinate with HR/finance/logistics, and guide budgeting and SOP initiatives while ensuring safety compliance and strong customer service across the Region.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Directly manage and lead all site managers within the region.
