Venture Home Group is hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Outside Sales to lead a field-based team across Delaware, Maryland and Washington, DC. Base salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, aiming for $250,000+ year-one OTE.

The role involves direct selling during ramp-up, coaching Energy Consultants, and partnering with operations to ensure smooth end-to-end execution from contract to install.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in outside/field sales within home improvement (solar, HVAC, roofing, windows).
• 2+ years leading a field sales team running pre-set appointments with a track record of meeting quota.
• Verified individual sales metrics (close rate, kW/revenue volume, peer rank).
• Proficiency in residential solar financing options (lease, PPA, loan, cash).
• Ability to obtain MHIC and DC Home Improvement Salesperson licenses.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel daily across DE, MD, and DC.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a field sales team across DE, MD, and DC.
• Coach Energy Consultants in the field and manage pipeline reviews.
• Own regional forecasts and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Ensure appointments are executed and followed up the same day.
• Drive attachment rates for battery storage and electrification products.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize delays and cancellations.
