Job summary

Penguin Solutions in Silicon Valley seeks a Sr. Regional Sales Manager to drive DRAM/NAND-based memory module and SSD solution revenue across OEM accounts. You will lead design wins, manage tier-1/2 relationships, and shape regional growth with technical teams to meet performance and supply needs.

The role targets complex, high-growth markets with collaboration across engineering and procurement to deliver solutions and establish long-term partnerships. Travel ~20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical or business field.
• 7+ years of experience selling DRAM, NAND Flash, memory modules or SSD solutions.
• Proven ability to drive new business development with OEMs and enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of buyer processes across technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive new design wins and revenue growth across OEM accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and close opportunities in Silicon Valley and Western U.S.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategy aligned to company goals.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Negotiate pricing, long-term supply agreements, and partnerships.
• Engage executive, procurement, and engineering stakeholders within OEMs.
• Support customer product qualification and design-in cycles.
• Position memory and storage solutions on performance, cost, and supply.
• Collaborate with FAEs and internal teams to support customer success.
