Job summary

Endologix LLC is seeking a Principal Area Manager to lead regional commercial execution for its peripheral vascular portfolio. You will drive adoption, coordinate strategic account plans, and partner with physicians, hospitals, and clinical teams to deliver high-value solutions that improve patient outcomes.

You will mentor field teams, align with marketing and medical education, and advance therapy utilization while maintaining a strong customer focus and business acumen.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in a hospital environment or related medical field.
• Strong medical device sales/clinical track record with documented growth.
• Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial execution to drive adoption of the peripheral vascular portfolio and achieve revenue growth.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital systems, and clinical teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Provide clinical guidance and education to customers and internal teams.
• Complete administrative duties including forecasting, business planning, and documentation in Salesforce.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and proactively drive territory strategy and growth.
