Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors or technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hospital/medical device sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong medical device sales/clinical track record with growth achievements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial execution to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Coach and develop field teams; partner with physicians and hospital systems.
• Develop strategic account plans and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ensure timely administrative tasks: forecasting, planning, Salesforce docs.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Training, Finance and Medical Education.
• Act as clinical consultant, elevating case planning and therapy adoption.
