Job summary

region, building procedures to drive compliance, quality, and efficiency. Expect travel up to 25% and collaboration with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices across the logistics network. The role requires data-driven problem-solving, SQL/Excel analysis, and 3+ years of on-the-ground warehousing or logistics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehousing or logistics experience
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to synthesize data in SQL/Excel and drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance and identify high-impact operational challenges to improve service quality and efficiency
• Scale processes by partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business Development
• Drive 3P performance across 15–20 locations with site leadership to ensure safe, smooth operations
