Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, Regional Operations - Parcel for the Drive team in the United States. You will manage day-to-day regional operations, develop key procedures, and drive compliance to improve quality and efficiency across 15-20 locations.

This role requires up to 25% travel and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business Development. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehousing or logistics (preferably 3PL) and a related Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-the-ground warehousing or logistics experience, preferably in 3PL.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Strong data-driven problem solving using SQL and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance to identify high-impact operational challenges and root causes, implementing scalable solutions.
• Scale processes and operations by standardizing procedures across locations.
• Drive 3P performance by partnering with site leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations.
