Job summary

Freeman Webb Company REALTORS, LLC seeks a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a portfolio of 34 multifamily communities totaling 6,000 units across TN, KY, and AL. You will drive operational performance, financial results, talent development, and client experience while aligning with the COO and executive leaders.

The role requires strategic leadership with hands-on execution, empowering Regional Managers, holding teams accountable to results, and building strong owner/client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in multifamily property management, with at least five years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple multifamily properties and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of multifamily financial and operational metrics, including NOI, occupancy, revenue, expenses, collections, leasing, and resident retention.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Yardi experience is a plus.
• Flexibility for travel required for out-of-state markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Managers to achieve strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of complex financial statements and budgets.
• Oversee all aspects of property management for the portfolio, including financial performance, asset preservation, and resident relations.
• Serve as the primary contact with third-party clients and vendors; lead regular client meetings on property performance.
• Assist with due diligence, underwriting, and strategic planning for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Communicate and administer ownership directives; make recommendations to owners and executive team.
