Friedman Real Estate is seeking an experienced Director of Multifamily Real Estate to oversee a regional portfolio across Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia. This senior role provides strategic direction, financial oversight, and leadership to Regional Managers to ensure owner objectives and company standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site residential property management experience, including leadership of regional teams.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers and Community Managers to meet performance objectives.
• Oversee operations for a multi-state portfolio to achieve ownership goals and resident satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and owner reporting to maximize NOI and portfolio value.
• Coordinate with owners, lenders, and internal teams to support strategic initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or related field
