Qualifications

Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% and operate in a remote environment.
Proficient with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers and Community Managers.
Oversee portfolio operations across multiple states and ensure occupancy, resident satisfaction, and adherence to policies.
Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and owner reporting to maximize NOI.
Collaborate with owners, lenders, and internal teams to drive portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.
