Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Multi-Family Regional Manager to lead, develop teams, and drive property performance across a portfolio of communities in Texas. The role partners with Property Managers and company leadership to execute strategic and operational initiatives that improve occupancy, revenue, and resident experience.

You will monitor key performance indicators, review budgets, and conduct property visits to ensure standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, occupancy, collections and KPIs.
• Proven ability to lead and develop onsite teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead operational and financial performance of assigned communities.
• Develop strategies to increase occupancy and revenue while controlling costs.
• Coach and develop Property Managers and onsite teams.
• Monitor KPIs including occupancy, collections, and tenant retention.
• Review budgets and reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct property visits and partner with onsite teams to uphold standards.
• Support staffing, performance management, and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing, and regulations.
• Foster exceptional resident experiences and address escalated concerns.
• Collaborate with leadership and vendors to meet portfolio goals.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes and develop future leaders.
