Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Multi-Family Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of communities. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, partnering with Property Managers and company leadership to drive performance and resident satisfaction.

You will coach onsite teams, monitor financial results, and implement strategies to improve occupancy and revenue across multiple communities. This role demands strong leadership and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, budgeting, occupancy, and KPIs.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• College degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operational and financial performance of assigned multifamily communities.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and property performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Property Managers to build a high-performing culture.
• Monitor KPIs including occupancy, collections, delinquency, leasing activity, and resident retention.
• Review budgets and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular property visits and partner with onsite teams to uphold company standards.
• Support Property Managers with staffing, development, performance management, and other operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies across communities.
• Promote exceptional resident experiences and resolve escalated resident concerns.
• Collaborate with leadership, corporate departments, vendors, and onsite teams to hit portfolio objectives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes and develop future leaders.

Why the Multi-Family Regional Manager position:

As a Regional Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across an assigned portfolio while partnering closely with Property Managers and company leadership.

• Lead the overall operational and financial performance of assigned multifamily communities.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy, improve revenue, control expenses, and maximize property performance.

• Coach, mentor, and develop Property Managers while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

• Monitor key performance indicators, including occupancy, collections, delinquency, leasing activity, resident retention, expenses, and overall financial results.

• Review property budgets, financial reports, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct regular property visits and partner with onsite teams to address operational needs and maintain company standards.

• Support Property Managers with staffing, employee development, performance management, and other operational challenges.

• Ensure assigned communities remain compliant with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Promote an exceptional resident experience and support teams in resolving escalated resident concerns.

• Partner with leadership, corporate departments, vendors, and onsite teams to accomplish portfolio and company objectives.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen processes, improve property performance, and develop future leaders within the organization.

Qualifications of the Multi-Family Regional Manager:

• 5+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience, preferably with multi-site, district, or regional oversight.

• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, financial performance, budgeting, occupancy, collections, and property-level KPIs.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn property data into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• College degree required.
