Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years property management experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills; marketing and sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple properties under Regional Manager direction.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; mentor other community managers.
• Manage budgeting, market analysis, leasing programs, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; prepare routine reports.
• Foster community engagement and maintain high service standards.
