Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Senior Regional Manager to coach a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Mandarin fluency is required to lead the international team, with Cantonese strongly preferred to support coaching and compliance duties.

You will drive performance, share market knowledge, and advance client service while upholding Schwab’s standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin is required for coaching an international team.
• Cantonese fluency strongly preferred for coaching and compliance duties.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license is required.
• Active and valid FINRA 66 license is required (may consider a 120-day COE).
• Active and valid FINRA 9/10 is required (may consider a 120-day COE).
• CFP or CFA certification is required (may consider an 18-month COE).
• Five plus years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and counsel a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors.
• Lead Schwab Wealth Advisory operations and client service initiatives.
• Oversee compliance duties and ensure regulatory standards are met.
