Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Regional Manager in the United States to coach a 10-12 person Wealth Advisor group and guide a cross-border, bilingual team. You will drive strategic client service, growth, and compliance across Wealth Advisory services.

The role requires fluent Mandarin (Cantonese preferred) and 5+ years in financial services with supervisory experience, plus FINRA licenses and applicable certifications. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Active and valid FINRA 66 license required (may consider a 120-day COE).
• Active and valid FINRA 9/10 required (may consider a 120-day COE).
• CFP or CFA required (may consider an 18-month COE).
• Five plus years' experience in the financial services industry.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and counsel a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in a collaborative environment designed to both grow and support the client base they support.
• Lead and develop an international team; manage compliance duties of the position.
• Drive client service and growth for Schwab Wealth Advisory clients through leadership and strategic guidance.
