Sino Biological Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Regional Manager to lead a multi-site sales organization and drive revenue growth across the Northeast.

You will build regional strategies, coach account executives, and collaborate with marketing and leadership to close strategic opportunities while ensuring exceptional customer service. The Regional Sales Manager will guide and develop a team of account managers and inside sales professionals while also leading major customer engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multi-site, regional, or territory-based teams.
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales, operational, and financial objectives.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and business reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% throughout the assigned region with marketing and business development teams to maximize market penetration.

  • Serve as an escalation point for key customer concerns and complex business issues.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and responsiveness throughout the region.
  • Develop long-term customer retention and growth strategies.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with strong business acumen, experience managing geographically dispersed teams, and a proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals in a highly competitive market. This role is responsible for building and executing the regional sales strategy while leading a team of sales professionals to achieve strong commercial results. The position oversees the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing strategic opportunities and expanding key accounts.
