Job summary

Florida Blue is seeking a Sr Regional Business Performance Manager to drive Medicare regional strategy development and execution. You will coordinate with product, sales, marketing, and network teams and report progress with market presidents across the enterprise and local markets.

The role requires deep Medicare Advantage knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to align regional initiatives with overall strategy. Hybrid work and regional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years healthcare consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry, business processes, and technology.
• Ability to influence in a cross-functional setting.
• Experience with PMM concepts and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional market intelligence to understand buying preferences and competitive positioning.
• Aggregate regional feedback to shape Medicare growth strategy across product, sales, marketing and network.
• Document regional strategies and implementation/performance plans with cross-functional teams.
• Identify initiatives to achieve desired business outcomes based on Medicare strategy.
• Develop regional scorecards and track key performance indicators.
• Prepare regional performance plans with timelines and milestones.
• Communicate with local market teams and commercial units.
• Conduct AEP operational readiness activities.
• Develop initiative workplans with cross-functional departments.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
